PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING / PRIVACY POLICY

Personal data will be processed in order to carry out the booking process, to clarify the circumstances of possible violations of the Rules and Regulations or applicable laws, and to handle possible complaints.

Booking process

Reservations are made via a link under the button "Search" or "Booking" directing to https://panel.hotres.pl. This online booking system is operated on the basis of a contract by an external entity HOTRES Sp. z o.o., Osiedle Robotnicze 10/4, 58-500 Jelenia Góra, KRS: 0000947675, NIP: 6112816201, represented by Roman Korczyński.

The entity processing the personal data is the Hotres.pl online booking system, which belongs to HOTRES Sp. z o.o., ul. Osiedle Robotnicze 10/4, 58-500 Jelenia Góra, KRS: 0000947675, NIP: 6112816201, represented by Roman Korczyński.

Personal data

For the purpose of the booking process / issuing of the sales document, the personal data of the Guest is collected. The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary to complete the booking process.

Gość posiada prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych osobowych, prawo do ich sprostowania, usunięcia, jak również prawo do ograniczenia ich przetwarzania.

Obligations of the Administrator

The Administrator shall ensure that the Guest's personal data are not made available to third parties and, in this respect, shall take the necessary measures and ensure the use of his/her knowledge and experience in order to implement this assurance.

The Administrator retains the right to make personal data available to authorised entities (Sub-processors) and in cases provided for by generally applicable law. In particular, this applies to such entities as: online payment systems.

The administrator is obliged to maintain the secrecy and confidentiality of the information obtained for the booking process. The undertaking given shall remain in force for an indefinite period of time. Personal data of website users is not transferred outside the European Union.

Commitments Hotres.pl

Hotres.pl, as the Processor of the Visitor's personal data, ensures that appropriate technical and organisational measures are implemented, as well as additional IT security measures, based on proven servers and systems for the processing of personal data in electronically provided services.

Hotres.pl declares that the IT systems used to process personal data meet the requirements of the applicable law, in particular they are protected to a high degree within the meaning of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 concerning documentation of personal data processing and technical and organisational conditions which should be met by devices and information systems used for personal data processing.

The Administrator and the Guest agree to this.

Hotres.pl's subcontractors and employees will be duly authorised to process personal data in connection with the booking process, to which the Administrator and the Guest agree.

In order to ensure the highest security in the storage of personal data in compliance with the requirements of the RODO, Hotres.co.uk is committed to:
- encryption and anonymisation of personal data transmission
- continuously ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of the processing systems and services
- the ability to rapidly restore the availability of and access to personal data in the event of a physical or technical incident
- regularly test, measure and evaluate the effectiveness of technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of data processing.

Final provisions

The Administrator is entitled to amend the provisions of these Terms and Conditions at any time and at his/her own discretion. In particular, it may amend the provisions of these Terms and Conditions in the event of:
- the need to adapt the Rules of Procedure to mandatory provisions or to changes in the law affecting the content of the Rules of Procedure;
- the need to adapt the Rules of Procedure to a recommendation, interpretation, ruling, decision or decision of a public authority or court decision that affects the content of the Rules of Procedure;
- to extend or change the functionality of Hotres.pl;
