REGULATIONS
The Terms and Conditions set out the conditions that apply when booking and renting a holiday home.
- Reservations can be made through the booking system available on the website (Hotres), by email or by telephone.
- Confirmation of the booking is provided by the payment of a deposit of 30 % of the booking value by the ordering party within 2 days of making the booking. If the deposit is not paid by the deadline, the booking will be cancelled.
- The contract is concluded for the duration of the booking period and expires on the day the customer leaves the facility.
- For a non-refundable offer, the deposit paid is non-refundable.
- Check-in starts at 3 pm on the day of arrival and ends at 10 am on the day of departure. In special cases, we can arrange other times on request if our rental calendar allows.
- The house may not be occupied by more people than stated at the time of booking, nor may it be transferred or made available to third parties.
- Once the keys have been collected, the person renting is responsible for all the items that furnish the house.
- The Landlord shall be held financially liable for any damage or destruction of furnishings and technical equipment caused by him or his visitors during the term of the tenancy agreement.
- If damage is caused, please report it to the house staff immediately. Financial compensation for repairs will be charged according to the cost of repair and must be paid no later than the day of departure.
- For items left in the cottage, the owner is not responsible. Please take due care in locking the door when leaving the cottage.
- We accept the stay of a dog or cat in the holiday home upon prior arrangement.
- The parking spaces at the house are unguarded, the owner is not responsible for loss, damage to vehicles or property left in them.
- If you have any comments or concerns about the level of service, the operation of the facilities and equipment of the house, cleanliness and tidiness, please inform the staff immediately.
- Campfire hearth, can only be used in the designated area. If you need to replenish wood for the campfire, please contact us one day in advance.
- Smoking and fish frying are strictly prohibited in the holiday home.
- It is forbidden to charge electric vehicles using the facility's electrical system, including the use of electrical outlets in the cottages and on the premises. Charging electric vehicles can lead to overloading of the system, which is a fire hazard and generates additional electricity costs, which are not included in the rental price.
- In the event of a breach of these rules and regulations, we reserve the right to require you to leave the premises of the house without any refund for your stay.
- Complaints can be submitted to the company's registered address or to kontakt@sea2.pl.
The complaint will be dealt with immediately, no later than 14 days after submission. - In matters not covered by these Rules, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply accordingly.
